Chef’s Table holds two Michelin stars in the Michelin Guide Bangkok. It sits on the 61st floor of State Tower — the same building as Mezzaluna — making lebua the only property in Thailand to house two two-Michelin-starred restaurants under one roof. Every table in the restaurant faces the open kitchen directly, giving guests an unobstructed view of the cooking from start to finish.

Chef’s Table cuisine and style

The menu is French contemporary — classic European technique applied to high-quality ingredients sourced both locally and internationally. The format is an immersive tasting experience: courses arrive at the kitchen counter-facing tables as they are prepared, and the chefs present and explain each dish directly. Wine pairing is available.

The setting on the 61st floor adds a theatrical dimension. Bangkok is visible in every direction through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Expect 4,000 THB or more per person before drinks. Reservations are essential.

Location and how to get there

State Tower is on Silom Road near the Chao Phraya River. The Charoen Nakhon BTS on the Gold Line stops near the hotel’s river-facing entrance; the hotel also runs a shuttle boat across the river. From Saphan Taksin BTS on the Silom Line, the building is a short walk along the riverfront.

When to go

Dinner only. Closed on Mondays. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 5:30–9:30 PM. Book well in advance — the restaurant has a limited number of covers.
